IIT Delhi Launches A New Academic Program – ‘Executive Master Of Business Administration’

New Delhi: The Department of Management Studies (DMS) at IIT Delhi has launcheda new academic program called

“Executive Master of Business Administration (Executive MBA)” for working professionals. The intensive two-year Executive MBA program is set to begin in July 2024.

DMS, IIT Delhi, has been imparting management education for over 25 years and is ranked 91st globally in the recently released QS World University Rankings by Subject and 5th in the country as per the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2023.

The newly launched program is designed to meet the needs of mid-career executives who have over three years of experience and want to enhance their knowledge and skills, expand their network, and accelerate their career progression without taking a break.
 

Key highlights of the Executive MBA

1. Flexible Learning Structure: Evening classes (6 PM – 9 PM) on weekdays to balance students’ career commitments with academic pursuits.
2. IIT Delhi Faculty: Our distinguished faculty brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the classroom.
3. Networking Opportunities: Students will become part of a strong IIT Delhi alumni network, creating valuable opportunities for collaboration and career advancement.
4. Global Perspective: A short-duration global field study tour to foster cross-cultural understanding.
The department will offer a 100% tuition fee waiver as a scholarship to the top-ranked student. Similarly, a 50% tuition fee waiver will be given to the second-ranked student and a 25% waiver to the third-ranked student (first-semester students will get waivers based on their admission merit list; for other semesters, CGPA will be the basis).

(Applications for the executive MBA program are now open. The admissions process includes a written test followed by an interview. The last date to apply for the Executive MBA admission for batch 2024-2026 is May 31, 2024.)
