Act No. 29 of 2008), and received assent from the Honorable Governor of Uttar Pradesh in September 2008. The University is managed by the Mahayana Theravada Buddhist Religious and Charitable Trust, Meerut—an institution acclaimed for its distinguished contributions to education, healthcare, and social service.
