BMIET admission is provided in UG and PG programs. The college offers a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) course having 4 specializations for students who want to pursue their career in the field of Engineering.

The intake capacity for courses at Bhagwan Mahaveer Institute of Engineering & Technology varies with different specializations.

The B.M. Institute of Engineering and Technology B.Tech admission is done on the basis of marks scored in the last qualifying exam. However, the eligible students also need to achieve JEE Main marks for the counselling done by IPU.

The college also provides a 3-year Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program. A total of 60 seats for BBA are available for admission. Eligible students seeking admission to the BBA program must take the University's CET. Students must, however, pass relevant disciplines at the class 12th.
